1、高強(qiáng)螺栓的緊固須分為兩次進(jìn)行，次為初擰，初擰緊固到螺栓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸力(即預(yù)拉力)的60%-80%，初擰的扭矩值不得小于終擰扭矩值的30%，第二次緊固為終擰，為使螺栓群中所有螺栓均勻受力，初擰、終擰都應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照緊固順序操作，按“米”字型對(duì)稱操作。

1. The tightening of high-strength bolts must be carried out in two stages. The first stage is the initial tightening, which should be tightened to 60% -80% of the standard axial force (i.e. pre tension) of the bolt. The initial tightening torque value should not be less than 30% of the final tightening torque value. The second stage is the final tightening. 2、初擰完畢的螺栓，應(yīng)做好標(biāo)記以供確認(rèn)，為防止漏擰，當(dāng)天安裝的螺栓，當(dāng)天應(yīng)終擰完畢，不得在雨天安裝螺栓，且摩擦面應(yīng)處于干燥狀態(tài)，終擰扭矩須按設(shè)定值要求進(jìn)行。

2. The bolts that have been initially tightened should be marked for confirmation. To prevent missing tightening, bolts installed on the same day should be fully tightened on the same day. It is not allowed to install bolts on rainy days, and the friction surface should be in a dry state. The final tightening torque should be according to the set value requirements.

3、嚴(yán)格按照電動(dòng)扭矩扳手操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行操作，每次用完扳手后一定要?dú)w零，以免造成彈簧的金屬疲勞，應(yīng)定期校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)定扳手的扭矩值，其偏差不大于5%。

3. Strictly follow the operating procedures for electric torque wrenches. After each use, the wrench must be reset to zero to avoid metal fatigue of the spring. The torque value of the calibrated wrench should be calibrated regularly, with a deviation of no more than 5%.

4、假設(shè)緊固螺栓的力矩或預(yù)緊力很準(zhǔn)，但由于外力，溫度變化、振動(dòng)等因素，一段時(shí)間后的預(yù)緊力仍會(huì)變化，仍須校核。
